Head tremors
Hi everyone , ive noticed i have slight tremors in my head which i only notice at night, has this happened to anyone else? Does it get worse or stay the same.. help please xx

Hi. I've noticed that I get this when I'm super tired. Doesn't really affect me other than when I'm completely overwhelmed by fatigue and have had to stop and sit down... I've wondered if it's just like the weight of my head is too much because everything feels so heavy when it happens? I'm not sure really!
hi there, in my own experience of neck tremors (no one would ever call them head tremors-drs,neurolgists, but I did) they were really bad at the start of my MS journey 16 years ago & now they're a lot milder but I do need to still wear a padded collar 😬
