Flying and altitude?

2 questions: does anyone have problems (and suggested solutions to limit) MS symptoms happening as a result of flying? I flew to see my family and had dizziness and weak legs as a result (not sure if it was fatigue or flying it's a very long journey - 26 hours). It happened both ways. I booked assistance at the airports, but all transfers failed to show up (although it turns out if you collapse on an airbridge they can get to you rather quickly)    The 2nd question: my family lives at a high altitude (2300 m/ 7,500 ft) Being at altitude also gave me problems   - does anyone have suggestions for management at altitude?  thanks for your help.

Dear @802strong, I always book assistance at the airport. Fortunately, I can manage the airplane steps but being “chaired” through the airport definitely helps. Best wishes, Jon
