Vitamin D

Hi. Ive been taking 5000iu vitamin D tablets most days for the past year or so as it seems to be beneficial for MS. Ive gotten my bloods results back today with vitamin d levels. They are at 170 which is pretty high. Having a look online, there seems to be contradictions with what levels they should be at. (between 50-70, 50 -150) etc. Anyone have any advice on Vitamin D level? Cheers

@petedub did your nurse r neurologist recommended to lower your dose I was advised to go on the 2000 one bloods do be grand with that one ..

@petedub , yes, discuss this situation with your MS Nurse/Neuro and get their advice.
