Tecfidera

Hi, I will run out of tecfidera on monday morning, as my new prescription hasn't been sent through. It will probably take a number of days to get some more. Does anyone know how long it takes for tecfidera to get out of your system ? Thanks X

@ncm22 Hi, so i'm only going by my MS Nurse and this might not be accurate but i'll hopefully be going on Ocrevus soon which means i'll come off Tecfidera. She said there will have to be around a 6 week gap to make sure its out of the system before new treatment can start. Again not sure how accurate that is because I haven't read any evidence just taking her say. I'm sure others will know for sure.

Hi @ncm20, I'm not sure either, but I assumed it stays in the system for only 24 hours, given that it is taken daily? @ralee, may I ask why you're swapping from Tec to Ocrevus?
