I know how you feel as I initially thought I could be ‘fine’ for the next few years but have had 2 in 18 months and its a bit scary.
Are you on any treatment?
Iv been told that this relapse will now mean il be offered treatment but iv not heard anything for a couple of months so am feeling a bit alone also

You vent away, @jennifer_fierz .

A second relapse is a stark dose of reality that the spectre of MS is not just a dream. It may seem like a brick wall, but it’s just one of those hurdles that life can throw at anybody at anytime.

It is also an opportunity to review your Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT) to assess whether the present option is up to the task or whether you need to consider something more powerful.

You have your age on your side, so tackling these issues now should allow you to determine a strategy that may settle things down and allow you to resume a normal life.

@nutshell88 I think your mental health probably is top priority because I think looking after you mental wellbeing helps cope with the MS alot easier.
