Life sucks
Was doing great on AUBAGIO until the end of the year.... waited for Jan meds... you guessed it... not approved for 2020... no notice, nothing... after 15+phone calls and promises to put me first in line, priority...I had double checked last August to MAKE SURE everything was fine. Have been off meds since Jan and have declined ever since. Got a hardship app for what I thought was a year.... nope...a month. Called my dr. who doesn't return phone calls... now in a full blown relapse... what the hell can you do???
@conniewoody , being across the pond, I can't offer much to help you resolve the Aubagio position. Just keep hounding them. Who's responsible for this oversight and are they actively trying to achiever a timely solution? Could you complain or get them to escalate the issue. Otherwise, switch off, feet up and try and ride this storm out. Good luck
Hi @conniewoody! Sorry to hear about all of that happening to you. I could only imagine the frustration when doctors don’t answer your call or at least leave a short message (happened to me). Have you tried seeing if the doctors have a portal? I was also hunting them down for my Aubagio and found out they had a portal and messaged them on there!
