Firstly, chill out! I am on Ocrelizumab too. I had my first 6 monthly infusion last week. The steroid makes you feel artificially great for a day or two afterwards. The 3-4 days after that I have experienced slightly crappy sleep. Things are renormalising today. Too fast? No. All the evidence and treatment models show that early and effective intervention with a powerful DMT as soon as possible after diagnosis slows the rate of disability over the long term. It is simply evidence, not my or an opinion. On Friday afternoon I'll be in BC. YAY.
