Good MS Saturday morning fellow MS Suffe

I know that Multiple Sclerosis is such an innocuous disease affecting almost everyone differently. Whilst I am presently able to Ambulate without the need of any aid whatsoever, until I leave my house. I used to take long strolls until the inevitable happened, "stumble, trip, Whamb!!!" That's when I decided to begin using a Walking Cane for assistance!!!!

Hello @monty1952, nice to see the term ‘ambulate’ in use, it’s a lovely unsusual word. You’ve been diagnosed a while, looking at your profile. Out of interest, did you decide not to go the medication route?

Absolutely as it was so expensive in those days it was a no brainier so I followed my own regimen of Diet & Exercise. Rehabilitation took me four years but the result was well worth it. RRMS1984
