Covid-19 Ocrevus and work
Are there any other people who have very recently had Ocrelizumab or similar and work in the public sector? Given the current situation with Covid 19 are you continuing to do so? I am contemplating what I should do going forward. I work in an infants school and I was banking on schools closing for a while which it appears in the UK to not be something that is set to happen for some time... should I stay calm and carry on or think about self isolating as a family? We have two children aged 4 and 9. Just not quite sure what to do for the best. Any thoughts very welcome. 😊
I have just finished my first year of Mavenclad and I am particularly vulnerable now as blood count will be low for the next 3-7months. I work in social care. My employers have been great. They have taken some of my workload and have stopped people coming to my office. They asked me if I wanted to work from home too. I no longer go to supermarkets or use public transport. I think we are all in a risky situation. Have you asked your MS nurse for advice? You must look after yourself. I hope you find the answer 🙂
How do you like Ocrevus? My doc wants to start me on it soon. I want to wait until this corona visit stuff settles...
