Yes I do, I went on a diet with no dairy or gluten (best bet diet) feel so much better on it.

@simone2 my allergy to it started just before Christmas and stopping having dairy made me feel so much better, I didn’t feel as sick and stuff every day. It is frustrating tho just because dairy is in so many things. What milk do you use? I prefer rice mik

I have rice milk and hemp milk, i have lots of allergies can’t have any sugar or artificial additives in food so difficult to eat out.

hemp milk is nice i buy it mix with rice also millet milk is nice there’s lots of different types you can buy now but i prefer rice or hemp milk, i haven’t had dairy for about 8 years don’t miss milk but really miss cheese! 😁

@simone2 i miss milk the most but i recently tried rice milk in tea and it tastes pretty much like normal tea so that made me really happy

Have been following a diet, called “Swank.” Very low saturated fats, don’t eat dairy.
Use almond milk for tea and coffee. Richer than rice milk.

@nicole_kelly Swank and OMS diet both suggest no diary, and very low saturated fat …felt loads better for it. I used Cashew milk for a couple of years and like it, very creamy, now using Almond milk (unsweetned) as just as nice and less expensive.

PS gave up on cheese, would rather feel better than have MS symptoms

@alleymcg @bernadette thank you for the suggestion. I have cut dairy completely out of my diet for a couple months now I use rice milk
