I’m new to MS, and I’m trying to understand what’s normal. Most people I’ve seen with MS seemed to be in a lot of obvious pain, but I’m not really getting that. For me, it feels more like my muscles keep getting tighter and tighter, and the most pain I get is in my back. Maybe I just don't know what...

Question

Does anyone else have body jerking at night when laying in bed? It makes it very hard to sleep when my body out of no where just twitches or jerks, it’s usually eiather my legs torso or even my head. Does anyone else have this problem?

Dating with MS

Dating is already hard but MS adds another layer to impossible. It's like they get scared to take things further once you tell them you have MS. I'm not asking you to be a caregiver😔🤬
