Heat and ms

I have only been diagnosed just over a month, I was told heat is bad for ms symptoms but I find cold makes me worse and a hot shower helped, anyone find this?

Have a read of this:- http://www.mstrust.org.uk/atoz/heat.jsp A rise in body temperature can cause symptoms to get worse. This could be a hot bath or sitting in the sun, or even where you are in your cycle. Symptoms do return to where they were when your body temperature reduces But, there are no definites in MS. You just need to be aware, just in case you do have a heat intolerance. :wink:
