any hospital recommendations in London

I'm currently seeing a doctor at National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London but they're always very busy to see their patients(I mean I'm having this dizziness feeling and I wanted to see a doctor but they recommend me to see my GP first). This is not the way I'd like to be treated, what if I'm having a new relapse..
