dairy free diets
I want to start diary free diet. What vitamins do people take on this diet. Or do you still receive enough goodness from the soya rice or oat milk etc. Xx

You get a fair number of vitamins from fruit, pulses, nuts. I'd suggest consulting a dietician (not a nutritionist) to be sure you can get the best out of cutting out dairy. Generally dairy is a source of calcium, and milk protiens and whole milk products contain a certain amount of beneficial essential fatty acids (if I remember correctly) Might I ask why are you going dairy free?
Ok Thankyou. Just want to try it as i have herd from people with ms it makes their symptoms better. Apparently diary is not that good for us MSers ...? X
