Copaxone Connections program

Hiya, Has anyone actually been able to access the connections program, or the telephone support services. I seem to be going round in circles. ET x

@pikilily , have you tried on 0800 085 1676?

@pikilily

Hi @stumbler Yes, and they first of all said that they have not heard of it. I had to push hard,explaining that their own copaxone booklet gives that number as the registration number. Really had to argue with them.!! They denied all knowledge of this ...Eventually a senior manager gave me a mobile number to call. The answer message on this phone redirected me back to the 0800 number.!!. This mobile number I eventually found out later today was for a Copaxone MS link nurse in England who today called me back. This chap was really nice, helpful and as confused as I am about the above, and is now going to pass my details on to the Scottish nurse. So after two weeks of going backwards and forwards I have made some progress. Mmmm not impressed with Lloyd's, Teva etc. Oh, and another thing the email address that's in the Copaxone booklet just bounces back, too. Go figure!! LOL ET x
