Occupational therapy for ms hands

Has anyone done occupational therapy for hand strength and dexterity? Curious what the outcome was for people who have. Just got a referral and want to know if it really will make an impact or just be a waste of time and money. TIA!

I haven’t so can’t help in that regard. however I too would be really interested to hear of people’s experiences.

Hi, I haven’t but I have subscribed to the MS gym and I do hand and wrist exercises in there. I also think that actually I need to work on my arms to help my hands… if that makes sense? I do think it has helped me to improve though. Good luck!
