Diet
Hello there!
Can diet affect/improve if you have MS? If so does anyone have any recommendations?
Kind regards,
Charlie

Hey Charlie, I've been a vegetarian all of my life. My diet has been mostly anti-inflammatory. I don't know if it has helped. It may have and still might be. I still have MS symptoms though
Hi, i follow the best bet diet and for me i feel so much better on it, low fat,low sugar,no dairy,no gluten and no pulses it is hard to stick to, i have been on it or 8 years and its still hard last weekend i had a small slice of none gluten free bread and spend 2 sleepless nights with terrible pain and intense tingling, so i try to keep to it
