Pip decision

I had my PIP accessment phone call on 11th April. Haven't heard anything as yet apart from receiving a text message last month saying they hadn't yet made a decision. How long does it usually take? I have no faith in the DWP at all. Especially when they didn't even bother ringing for the first phone accessment so had to make it for 11th April. They said I would hear something within 8 weeks. How long did it take for anyone on PIP to receive their decision?...

I know how you feel !!..pip is the hardest benefit in the uk to get ,the DWP act like it’s there money not money you and I contributed ! Get advice and act like everyday is your worst day …tip for you they can’t legislate against memory problems do use this to your advantage …good luck

Ps I attended a tribunal to get a verdict and was told by letter 2days later I was unsuccessful , the fight is on going ,no way r they getting away with this
