Diet and vit d
Hi I recently came across this:

I kinda believe in the vitamin d thing and also belive in Swank and his writings on diet. What I am not sure about is that if you have faith in both how are they connected? Any ideas on this would be really interesting.

No need to have faith in either. Scientific evidence has shown the benefits to Vitamin D. Also, a healthier diet can't do any harm (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLjgBLwH3Wc)and there's no harm in listening to what your body tells you. Cut out certain foods and then re-introduce them and see what difference it makes :)
