Anyone had these fatigue symptons?

Last year my fatigue was just feeling like a total zombie, i'd be sat down & just not want to move for ages & ages. About two weeks ago I thought i'd contracted a chest infection so tried some antibiotics. It's not cleared it up & my coughs are very dry, very pronounced & very phlegm free. When I not coughing though I am very short of breath, if I go to my front door & return I feel i've run a mile! A coupla nights i've almost called A & E out as i've felt so bad with it. The worst part is that if i try to lie down it actually gets worse & induces the coughs again. Now sleeping has been very difficult & sometimes I am deliberately sitting down to sleep instead of lying down. Just wondering if this could be related to my fatigue or if anybody has had similar experience. The new condition seemed to happen overnight. I do smoke roll ups but also E-Vapor too so I don't for one minute think this is smoking induced. My roll ups are very very thin, probably make 3 or 4 before same amount of tobacco equalled as of a filtered brand. Never felt shortness of breath akin to this bad before, any help appreciated. I will be biasing more towards the E-ciggy now anyways & would prefer to keep smoking out of this topic please as it's something I can actually, with these new E-ones control. Thanks in advance.

You should go and have a chest x-ray done, MS is not the root of all evil and this sounds distinctly non MS related xx

@f3ng5hu1 , I totally agree with @tracyd on this.
