dizziness depends on head position

Hi, I'm noticing that I feel better the last two days, not as lightheaded as I have been for a couple of months, also easier to get up in the morning. So this is good! I am noticing though that my dizziness or what I call 'swooshy' feeling in my head increases when I have my chin to my chest or if I move my eyes up/down or side to side. I was wondering if there is a name for this? Could it be lingering from this most recent relapse? It is not nearly as bothersome as the lightheadedness I had but what are others experience with this? Thanks!

@angieh , well, there's Lhermittes Sign (https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/lhermittes-sign) , which would account for some of that......

Thanks I had never heard of that, I'm learning! While it's not painful, I had thought of some "inappropriate communication" with the nerves in my neck. It just makes me feel dizzy. Most recently my first MRI of C spine today shows one lesion on c spine, non enhancing but there. Not sure what this means that there has been damage to spine as well....
