Struggling
Recently diagnosed and things are changing fast. Having a hard time figuring out if I am supposed to push through the pain or rest. Previously had worked out 3-4 days a week and now struggling with leg pain and numbness. Very depressing

Hi hun, listen to your body, I'm no doctor but don't over do it, yoga for stretching and swimming if you can. I need to get to the gym do some light excercisr but the kids are off school so it's tricky.
Hi vicki, totally agree with super mum, pushing it too far will only make your ms worse and depression is only to be expected. Eat healthy, loads of rest, moderate exercise and stop when your body tells you to.🥊🤞😜
