Kesimpta and Hair Loss?

I'm on a Kesimpta FB group and many many people say that their hair thins dramatically and falls out, or changes texture since being on it. I'm aware there could be other factors at play, but interested to hear if anyone on Shift MS has experienced it?

Started kesimpta in June and haven’t noticed any effects on my hair. X

I did experience hair loss and also an increase in skin blemishes
