Exercise and Fitness
What are simple and effective exercises that can help with weight loss? I’ve tried different exercises, but hasn’t helped. I just want to get back into a workout that is effective for weight loss, and get more energy to do more without being tired.
I’m doing a combination of endurance and strength which has been quite helpful. I go to the gym every other day, 80-90mins doing weighs and cardio which has helped me with losing over 4.5KG in 3 months
