How do you really feel today?

We often get asked "how are you today", and in most cases we will just say "fine thanks", when in reality we want to scream out all symptoms and issues we are troubled with, not just brush it off and make people feel good they asked. Why dont we all say exactly what we are feeling? We should be able to say it honestly and completely. So, I wanted to ask you: How are you really feeling today? Be honest, be truthful, dont spare the words... We can all benefit from knowing how others in this wonderful community are feeling. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally. Let's see what we all have to say. :)
