Although not on Tecfidera anymore, severe hot flushes and hot itchy skin were a regular side effect. Found that taking tablet with food and plenty of protein would help reduce side effects.
I had that reaction when I was taking it. Full body red flush and heat. So embarrassing when in public. I looked like a tomato! Took it for 3 years, immune system seemed more compromised, I had a horrible period of Shingles. Finally had enough and stopped the treatment. Then came Menopause which is bad enough without the add on of the side effects from this drug. Good luck. X
