I’d say it is a symptom of ms ,as long as they stopped or you’ve got control of em they can only come and go

I get them from time to time. Impossible to say when they will occur or how long they will last or when they may reoccur. Mine look like small involuntary twitches. What do you hope to gain by telling your nurse? I am not saying don't, but unless they develop into something more frequent and interfere with your ability to do the things you do then there isn't much that can be done.
