Hi everyone, for anyone based in the UK there is an interesting study looking at the genetics of MS in black and ethnic minorities. It’s called the ADAMS study. They are currently recruiting people, so if you are from the BAME community and based in the UK, I encourage you to participate. All you need to do is sign up on the website and send in a spit sample, very easy to do. While the results may not help you directly, it will let us represent other ethnicities within MS research. This will help future treatments and in potentially finding preventative measures. if you have any questions feel free to message me and I will pass them into the study lead.
