Not every pain is ms related.

For about 2 years I have had pain in my left shoulder. A dull pain that is there most of time. After much insistence I got to see a trauma doctor as other had just said its part of ms. He sent me for xrays and said not all pain is ms related although it could be but let's check it. I knew it was not ms. It turns out it is a torn rotator cuff. There is little to nothing they can do as surgery to repair is difficult and probably will not be successful as so much time has passed and it has healed badly and surgery will mean cutting it and reattaching, long process to heal. So it is pain management and more physiotherapy for me until the moment comes where this no longer works then we can re evaluate. So my recommendation is for anyone insist and get second opinion. Listen to your body not everything is pain derived from having ms.

Yes agree, I learned this the hard way too. Had a sore chest for a long time and thought it was the "MS HUG" Turns out its related to both high blood pressure and indigestion. So I agree, not everything is MS related and using it as an excuse for every single issue could be detrimental to our health and wellbeing in the end <3 Take care of yourselves out there! Keep fighting the good fight and be blessed in God ^^

Sorry to hear that. Did all of this happen in the Spanish system?
