Hi,yeah I use a bioness l300 it’s very good and when I don’t use it there’s a massively noticeable difference !…it’s best off a physio sets it up for you and avoid nhs free ones !(wires and electrodes )everywhere especially now there’s blue tooth technology ? Give it a go and let me know your thoughts ,I find it mega helpful !
