Hi I use an app insight timer it's great for mediation and exercise I have do a 45 minutes yoga/Pilates class everyday its not chair yoga but most of the exercises are on the floor I can't walk without a Roller and find the classes has really helped my standing I have less pain starting the classes they are voluntary contribution
