New here and was wondering who deals with insomnia and any tips or insight they maygive. Sometimes I just cant sleep other times its due to pain. By the way pain meds are like speed for me

I’m so used to it my sleep wake cycles are so random but doing what my body wants tends to feel the best for my body anyway 😁


I have nights where I just can’t get to sleep easily too. I just try to read or sit up for a bit and then eventually I’ll feel tired and nod off. Perhaps having a shower or wash before bed if you can will help? The temperature change makes you sleepy and helps to relax you.
