Best London Boroughs for MS/disability Services?

Hey, so my partner and I are trying to move because where we live right now there are no services for people with autism or MS. Does anyone know where might be better? Even a community MS nurse would be amazing, there are none in our current borough.

@MattyZatty Difficult. I have never heard of a community MS nurse, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. However I am looked after by two hospitals, one in Dartford and one in Denmark Hill. All the London boroughs are covered by the main hospitals in London so I would find one nearest to where you are planning on moving and see if they offer that facility. You can check the websites for the hospitals. I currently attend Kings College, I am also at the Royal London Hospital (Whitechapel) for a clinical trial, and St Bart's has a good neurology dept. (it's linked to the Royal London Hospital). Autism services - I would check with the local borough council and see what services they offer.
