hey, not sure what you want explaining or where you are at, but after your assessment it's usually pretty rapid, you should get your decision within 10 working days (from memory). regardless of what the decision is, ring them up and request a copy of the report. if it's bad news, then appeal armed with the information on the report. I’d say that the video/call assessments are very similar to the booklet. They went through all of that with me and the woman doing the assessment was very clear that she doesn’t want details but be factual and specific. Lasted almost an hour and I found it exhausting mainly because what we covered was already in my booklet.
