Copaxone - feeling nervous

I am having my first delivery tomorrow but I have no date from the nurse for my training! Does this come some time after or should I have heard by now?

Hi @Loomac my training was after the first delivery arrived, but I did have the date for it set beforehand. They need the delivery to train you to do the first jab. I was nervous for the training but got the hang of it pretty quickly. Little tip if it applies, I got my partner to sit in on the training and have a go at it, and I have him do one of my injections each week. I do it in case I ever have a relapse that impacts my hands, but I've also found its easier to have him inject into my hips than doing it to myself.
