Fatigue 😩
Just wanted to rant, experiencing increased levels of fatigue past 3/4 weeks (no relapse). Struggling to see an end to the foggy feeling that follows me around nearly 24/7 🤦♀️

It has taken a while but I have really upped m,y exercise game. One of the hardest things to do is to fight through the fatigue to get a routine going. I know it may feel foolish and nonsensical but there is a vast amount of data to support this. I know it is a rant. Just trying to encourage you :) Personally, I do a lot of rowing on the Concept2 machine. I average about 100k metres a month. 28y of MS and more than one neuro has suggested that my exercise has made a big difference to my very slow progression.
Hiya Dominic, thank you for your encouragement. I’m pretty physically active with my job, walking the dog and I love running (recently started doing parkrun again as I find having the crowd a real boost). Frustrating that despite this the fatigue monster sticks with me!
