Bowel issues connected to lower back pain?
I’ve been experiencing some bowel issues. I’ve also suffered from lower back pain for years. However recently I have discovered that sometimes my back pain gets worse just before I need to move my bowel or just after it. On those days I’m unusually having increased toilet visits! Normally first stool the most difficult then subsequent loose and more urgent. Does anyone else experience this and can it be MS related?
I’ve had bowel issues all my life (bad diet for me) and had a lot of bad back pain over the years (Altho worst was due to gallstones). I get a bad pain in my right side if I don’t go. I’m now on cosmicol which keeps me regular. Also diagnosed with IBS and some foods trigger the pain. None of which is MS related. Worth talking to your GP and see if they can sort it out
