Diagnosed

Resently diagnosed in August 2021 Don't know what to do next, or what happens next. Any advice would be great.

I was diagnosed in June and my first consultation was at the start of November, when I found out what next and the plans they had for me. This should normally be within 6 weeks of diagnosis, but covid I think has delayed things. Although I did know I had the appointment coming, so if you don’t have a planned appointment it might be worth ringing the neurology department where you were diagnosed to find out what is happening. I’m now having tests and a follow up MRI so that a DMT can be started. Hope you find out what next soon

Thank for that Phil. I've had 2 mri tests done and a lumbepunture. My neurologist said it's not activ. That makes me feel a little better about it. Hope get on OK whitb this. Its hard to get your head around it all isn't it.
