Fasiculations / eye twitching
I’ve been having fasciculations all over my body for a few years that don’t bother me but over last five weeks or so, my left eye twitches quite a lot. Has anyone else had similar issues?

I find Increase water intake, magnesium and more sleep helps. And sometimes a cool pack on the eyes.
