Sativex
I have a lot of spasticity in my lower back and knees, does anyone have any recommandation to give me. I have read about sativex does it help?

@KS94 , movement and stretches may help with these problems. Sativex does work well for some MSers, but maybe prohibitively expensive.
@KS94 I agree with @Stumbler, you may also want to consider Pilates or Yoga, or gentle walking exercises (lots available on YouTube). I was advised to take Baclofen by my MS nurse, but had to go to my local GP to have it prescribed.
