Hello MS Warriors!

Newbie to the site. I'm Jen and I'm 34 with 4 kiddos. I've had RRMS for 14 years. I've been through a lot with it and could probably relate to most. Today I am experiencing osteoarthritis pain in my spine. Does anyone have tips to relieve that pain? It causes numbness at times and it's annoying. Thanks in advance

@Jchele88 I also have arthritis in my spine and spinal canal stenosis . Currently in severe pain including back legs and feet , spasms and Neuropathic pain. My Gp prescribed co -codamol which can become addictive. If that doesn't help he suggested tramodol which I don't want to take really. Probably your starting point should be to contact your GP. I've also phoned my MS nurse to see if they can suggest anything to help very painful spasms in my legs which make me cry out. I do hope you find something that helps you. Take care I use a heatpad whilst I'm sitting which helps a little.

For pins and needles and numbness I take Nortryptaline which helps at night .
