Tecfidera and side effects

Hello I’ve been on Tecfidera for 18 months. For about 14 of those I’ve suffered terrible daily acid reflux. I’m torn on what to do, do I just keep taking and suffer or so I give it a break and see if it is what’s causing it?

Hi I get really bad heartburn if I don’t eat enough carbs as that seems to keep the symptoms at bay so I constantly keep a banana with me as that seems to work really quickly and much more palatable than antacid tablets. Hope that might help you. Fiona

I also find bananas help. I’ve only been on tecfidera for a few weeks.
