Diet

Hello everyone, I want to ask if you follow any kind of diet and what it is? Thank you
@Clary

Hi. Diet is something that hasn’t, yet, been shown to stop/slow progression. I think that people often cut out fats, sugar or gluten. There are books that claim a change in diet can have huge benefits. Dr George Jelinek advocates cutting fats. Overcoming MS is popular book and gives dietary advice. I would advise, if you are wanting to cut a food group, that it is a diet you can stick to. I follow a ketogenic diet. I also fast. I have lost weight. Difficult to determine if it’s slowed disease progression, because I also take a DMT. I think careful diet improvement is beneficial for health. This can only help. Probably not a cure, though. Best of luck.
