CCSVI. Heard of it? Me neither

An Italian doctor has been getting dramatic results with a new type of treatment for Multiple Sclerosis, which affects up to 2.5 million people worldwide. Unfortunately, this CCSVI, also known as the liberation treatment, was hot news a few years ago, as a potential cure for MS. It actually got hyped up by social networks, before the rest of the medical industry could do much about it. It has now been subject to proper trials and has been discounted as "the cure"! Sorry.
