Has anyone experienced internal tremors? It woke me up last night and really panicked me

Yes i have them from time to time, its a really weird sensation. Sometimes if I am suddenly woken up or startled it happens. I've never really told anybody or asked about it just put it down to another symptom?
Yes. Mine is like it’s pulsing. My stomach or leg. Twice it felt like it was in my throat. Super scary. I am applying magnesium oil to my legs for right calves and that. I think it helps a little!
