It helps me immensely! It’s amazing how my symptoms creep back if I’m not careful what I eat. It’s hard but worth it when you feel so much better. Not everyone has to go gluten free but if you do notice discomfort I’d say try cutting it out for 30 days and see if you feel any better!
Hi @Harleybaby 👋 I've followed a gluten free diet for 20+ years (upon reflection, when my MS symptoms started), then I cut out diary a few years ago, and I've ramped it up to an anti inflammatory diet since being diagnosed. It has definitely helped me. Like @Mandeeleew said 👆, trial it and see if it works for you 😊🤞
