What exercise do you do?
Hi all, I try to remain as active as i can walking 10k steps each day.
I was on a quest to shift some weight before my diagnosis and was doing great... until i started falling over which led to my MS discovery.
I am keen to keep going though i find some days are more difficult than others and walking the same distances really take it out of me.
What exercises do you do? what would you recommend ?
Hey, my personal choice is going to the gym, I try and go 4 times a week if I feel up to it! Walking isn’t the best for me as I have bad knees so swimming is also a good one as it relieves the weight, good luck with it all :) ooh also, apparently people with ms shouldn’t do weights and cardio on the same day!
@Caitlinmaggie oo thats interesting about the weights, i am deffo up for getting back into swimming though.
