The paralympics have got me all inspired, so I'm going to take up a paralympic sport. I'm undecided at this stage over which sport I'm going to do, but it needs to be one I love. Plus, it'll help with my getting fit/losing weight regieme :-) I figure if there are people competing that have no arms or no legs, I really have no excuse. I'm lucky, I don't have any pain, and I can still walk, I know I can get fitter and if I try hard enough, maybe run again one day? Does anyone know of any places I can try some paralympic sports in London? Even better if they're in Croydon.
