Hiya everyone, I'm Andie from West Midlands

I was diagnosed in 2006 with RRMS then in 2017 I was diagnosed with SPMS. I get very frustrated asking others to help me as I'm very independent and competitive, this leads to me not doing things and becoming depressed. Does anyone else feel the same?
@deano

It's understandable to feel frustrated and challenged by the transition from RRMS to SPMS, especially when it affects your independence and competitiveness. Many people with MS experience similar frustrations and feelings of depression. It might be helpful to connect with support groups or therapists who specialize in MS to share experiences and coping strategies with others who understand what you're going through. Additionally, finding adaptive ways to maintain your independence while recognizing when it's okay to ask for help can be empowering.
