HELP Foot/feet problem

Does anybody have problems with swollen foot/feet? It doesn't hurt just swollen. I got and ice pack and elevating. What can I do to relieve my problem 😕 Thank you

Try putting a couple of bricks under your bed (the foot end) to your feet are elevated more than your head at night. Some people say pillows but the problem is if you roll over your feet are then no longer elevated. This is the recommendation of my obygn when I was pregnant with swollen feet. But get it checked out by your doctor.
